The price charged will be that ruling on the day of delivery.
Description and weights of products
All weights and sizes are approximate and can have slight
variations especially where metric or imperial conversions
are involved. There may be slight differences in the appearance
of items to those pictured due to availability but we will
always make every effort to ensure the quality and suitability
of any product.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases and we will
accept returns within 14 days of receipt and in re-saleable
condition for a full refund of the purchase price. However
refunds will not be given for goods that have been cut, used
or are considered not to be re-saleable. A 10% returns charge
may be made. No refunds or costs are given on original or
return carriage. If you wish to return any item please contact
us first and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Special Purchases Or Items Made to Order
Please note that items ordered specifically for a customer
or made to order cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Delivery
Delivery prices are for UK Mainland
only and delivery is by Courier and is on a 48 hour service. We are unable to guarantee
delivery times but will always try to get orders dispatched
within 3 days of date of order or as quickly as possible after
this time. In the event of any further delay we will endeavor
to notify you and advise expected delivery time. Extra delivery charges will apply to deliveries outside the UK or to the Channel Islands. Bulk order charges may also apply to heavy/bulky
orders.
