About Us

We are a small UK company, Based in the rural County of Worcestershire in the West Midlands.

We sell all kinds of products ranging from Dog Collars, Leads, Figurines, Mugs, Greeting Cards, Air Fresheners, Keys Rings and Fridge Magnets. We also sell a range of products for Cats, Horses and other Animals. As well as many more animal themed products.

We specialise in the hard to find products, for the more unusual breeds of dogs. If you can't find what you are looking for or need any further help please contact us via our Contact Us Page.

We do not charge VAT, and our prices are cheaper then Amazon & eBay.

All of our products are brand new.
There will be a standard £4.99 per order for delivery costs.
Free Delivery on all orders over £100.00
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
There is NO VAT on any of our products, or on the overall total of a sale.
We only ship within the Uk at this time.

Important note about postage

The Postage for 1 Air Freshener is £1.70 But due to limtations of paypal, you will need to pay the standard £4.99 postage.

The Postage for 1 Lanyard is £1.70 But due to limtations of paypal, you will need to pay the standard £4.99 postage.

The price Book Marks includes .75p postage. But due to limitations of paypal, you will need to pay the standard £4.99 postage on top of the .75p postage. Total postage £5.74,

We have no way of offering different postage on our products at this time, so we will refund you back the differnce in postage, via gift card. We are sorry for any inconvience caused, we are working to resolve this issue.

Refunds:
For Manufacturing Defects ONLY– If you can Send the Collar/Lead to us as proof we will exmaine the product and then issue a refund if the product is genuinely faulty.

Please email us before returning an item so we can issue a Returns Number. Without this your returns will not be accepted.

Customer pays for cost of return.

Please obtain Proof of Posting.

Please check your dog's collar size before ordering.
We hold the right to refuse to refund money on returned items if the above conditions are not met.

Legal & Complaints Procedure:
All complaints should be made by email within 7 days of purchase.
