We will go to your holiday home and check for any damages on entering the caravan if any found you will be notified immediately.
We will ensure that your van is cleaned to a high standard and left smelling and looking really fresh and clean ready for your customer’s arrival. Ensuring that your guests start off to a good holiday and hopefully come back year after year.
If you sublet your caravan then it will need cleaning between lettings. It will need a thorough cleaning at the start of the season and at the end of the season. If your caravan is let out a lot then we recommend that it also has a thorough clean half way through the season. The carpet is likely to need a clean once or twice a season.
The outside of the caravan needs a wash & wax clean at least once per year.
If you are fortunate enough to live close enough the Isle of Wight then you can clean the caravan yourself, otherwise you will need to employ someone to do it for you. As well as cleaning the caravan the company you use will need to check the condition of your caravan & its contents after each let.

With our pre-season clean offer, we shampoo the carpets and upholstery, deep clean the caravan throughout including behind the fridge etc and finish with an exterior wash and wax so that your caravan is completely ready for the season!
Weekly Sublet Interior Clean
Why travel all those miles and miss out on your valuable free time cleaning your caravan after lets, just give us the keys and let us take the stress away, our sublet interior clean includes the following:
- Inventory check i.e. Damage notification, missing items etc.
- All food removed from the fridge and cupboards.
- Cleaning consists of the toilet and bathroom, kitchen, fridge, grill, microwave, cupboards etc.
- Bedrooms and lounge cleaned, vacuumed, mopped and dusted. Mirrors cleaned and bins emptied.
- Interior windows cleaned.
- Complimentary soap and toilet roll in each bathroom and bin bags.
- Laundry service is available.
- Maintenance i.e. changing light bulbs, gas bottle checks & order etc.
- After a long season why not ask us about our after season care and winterization package.
