Here at The Shine Company in Freshwater we are able to cater for all your cleaning needs.
We offer a comprehensive cleaning and management service. For holiday guests arriving at their freshly cleaned accommodation a welcome pack can be waiting for them. Welcome packs include bottle of wine, water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bin liner and toilet roll. It enables your guests for have a drink and relax at the start of their holiday without having to worry about rushing out to the local supermarket.

Through our management service, 24 hours a day on call assistance is provided giving the owner and holiday guests peace of mind that if help is needed, it is there. For repeat business of your holiday home first impressions last, you want to ensure your clients are comfortable and relaxed as they settle down in their freshly cleaned apartment at the start of their holiday. Apartment Cleaning

Serviced Apartment Cleaning is our fastest growing service. We are specialists in the delivery of changeover and service cleans. We can even provide overflow for hotels and guesthouses. A quality clean with fresh linen change and a bespoke welcome pack creating that luxurious feel. Personal account manager to ensure the consistent, reliable and committed team you need for your clean. QA checklists completed after each clean. Optional out of hours helpline for your customers' queries or issues. Optional on-site service for maintenance, laundry or query handling. All products and equipment are provided by us. Manage all of your cleaning at the click of a button with Professionals Online. We are fully insured.

   1 BED CLEAN: 45 Euros
   2 BED CLEAN: 55 Euros      
   3 BED CLEAN: 65 Euros    

Holiday Apartments Cleaning Only

   1 BED CLEAN: 35 Euros 
   2 BED CLEAN: 45 Euros     
   3 BED CLEAN: 55 Euros

Villas: please contact for price. Subject to size. For town houses and duplexes please add 6 euros to the prices above.

Linen:    11 Euros per person

(Linen includes. Fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel. Bath mat and 2 tea towels per property) Linen provided by owner.

Welcome Pack:    8 Euros

Included in the pack is a welcome card, bottle of wine, milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll and bin liners.

Meet and Greet:     18 Euros, 27 Euros after 6pm
We can meet your guests at the holiday home, help with luggage, show them around the apartment and make them feel at home.

Private and Residential Cleaning
Per Hour:      12 Euros (2 hours minimum)

Commercial and Office Cleaning
Per Hour:      12 Euros (2 hours minimum)

For Sale Clean
Per Hour:      12 Euros (2 hours minimum)

Weekend Cleaning
Per Hour:      18 Euros (2 hours minimum)

Ironing Service
Per Hour:      12 Euros per hour.

Collection and deliver in the local area of 5 Euros.

The highest standard of cleaning is what you should expect. We will come and see you to discuss the exact cleaning you require, when you need it and how you want it done.
